Come join us for our Monthly meeting on Monday, September 9. We meet from 6:30 - 9:30pm at the Galaxy Diner 665 Ninth Ave at 46th Street. We will be discussing our upcoming equinox ritual on Sunday, September 22. We will also talk about the upcoming NYC Pagan Pride Event, taking place on Saturday, September 28, where we will have a table and will participate in the main ritual. 

We have good conversation over good food. We also share wisdom knowledge about the books we are reading and various divination topics. I hope to see you there,

Inis Ull invites you to the Autumn Equinox Rite honoring Hermes who we will ask to help guide us on a hero's journey to the underworld. Why do heroes take the underworld journey to begin with? What are they seeking? 

There are underworld journeys in almost every culture, but today we will celebrate the fall with the Greeks. The list of heroes and gods who descend into the underworld is long, including Theseus, Odysseus, Heracles, Orpheus, Dionysus, Hera, and Persephone.

The first harvest was a time of celebration and festival for the celts. When people from far and wide would gather together and share the fruits of their labor with their neighbors, sell goods and compete in "olympic" like games.
